Program Overview
By submitting a referral through this form, you agree to the terms below. Veritas Ratings LLC (“Veritas Ratings,” “we,” “us”) offers a $250 referral reward to individuals who refer a veteran who becomes a client and achieves a successful outcome, as described in this document.
Eligibility Requirements
The referred veteran must have an honorable discharge. Veterans with other discharge statuses are not eligible for this program.
The referred veteran must not currently hold a 100% VA disability rating. This program is intended for veterans who may be eligible for a rating increase; veterans already rated at 100% do not qualify.
The referred veteran must not be an existing Veritas Ratings client at the time of referral.
By submitting a referral, you confirm that you have the referred veteran’s permission to share their contact information with Veritas Ratings.
When the Referral Reward Is Paid
The $250 referral reward is paid only if the referred veteran achieves a successful outcome — meaning a favorable VA rating decision resulting in an increase to their disability rating. If the referred veteran does not achieve a successful outcome, no reward is paid.
There is no fixed timeline for a decision, as VA processing times vary and are outside our control — some veterans receive a decision in as little as four to six weeks, while others may wait several months or longer.
Once the referred veteran receives a favorable outcome and pays Veritas Ratings in accordance with their service agreement, Veritas Ratings will pay the $250 referral reward to the referrer.
What We Share With You
As the referrer, you may receive high-level updates on your referral’s progress, such as whether your referral reward has been earned. Veritas Ratings will not share detailed case information about the referred veteran.
Program Changes
Veritas Ratings may modify, suspend, or end this referral program at any time. Referrals submitted prior to any change will be honored under the terms in effect at the time of submission.
